Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled online via Vagaro, 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment without penalty.  Late cancellations will incur a $65 no show fee.  Fees must be paid before returning.  No penalty for late cancellations due to a positive COVID-19 test, serious last minute emergency, or severe weather.  Please call/text 919-429-9980 to cancel or reschedule.  If after business hours, please email via the button below.  Email is monitored at reasonable hours outside of regular business hours.  

No shows will incur a $65 fee or the full amount of your scheduled service at our discretion. Fees must be paid before returning.  No show appointments with no attempt to notify us will incur the full amount of service via the credit card on file.

Arriving late means your massage therapist may have to shorten your treatment time in order to accommodate other scheduled clients.  You are responsible for the full amount of your scheduled service.

Beginning Sept. 1, 2024, all appointments  will include a $5.00 Facility Support Fee.  (FSF) This fee allows us to provide a living wage for our valued support team members while continuing to operate in Downtown Durham.  We appreciate your understanding and support.
